Espluga Consulting was founded as a brand and independent initiative in Sydney, Australia, with the aim of providing professional services to local SMEs. Since 2012, Espluga Consulting has developed and implemented business improvement plans for SMEs across multiple sectors, including industrial, commercial (import and industrial distribution), food, software/IT, international logistics, furniture among others.
Espluga Consulting is expanding into a growing market: Morocco. A neighboring country of Spain experiencing rapid economic growth, Morocco presents opportunities in various sectors for Spanish SMEs. Espluga Consulting is developing business – Consulting & Business Development – for Spanish SMEs (logistics sector) with the aim of strengthening their existing bilateral import-export business.
In 2019, back in Spain, and after completing its engagements with various SMEs, Espluga Consulting continued to grow and expand its services, including M&A Advisory services. In 2023, we implemented new Interim Management services for client (SME's companies), providing outsourced management and Business Development.
